"I hired Lauren as my day-of coordinator for my September 2025 wedding, and I cannot recommend her enough. From our very first meeting through the big day itself, she and her husband were nothing short of incredible. She was always quick to respond to my questions and consistently kept me on track throughout the planning process. Lauren went far beyond the role of a typical day-of coordinator. When our caterer canceled just 15 days before the wedding, I barely had time to panic, she was already making calls and had a list of replacement caterers ready. Thanks to her, what could have been a nightmare turned into a smooth process, and we secured a new caterer within 24 hours. On the wedding day, Lauren struck the perfect balance of presence and discretion. She was constantly checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, yet she and her husband managed everything so seamlessly that I often forgot they were there. Lauren was an all out dream to have with us on our special day! From coordinating the schedules with vendors and guests, making sure the decorations were perfect and what WE wanted, handling all minor to major inconveniences or questions, custom writing our vows to include such thoughtful and personal details, to consistently checking in on both me and my husband throughout the day- making sure we both were able to enjoy every aspect of our wedding and be able to enjoy and be apart of EVERY moment. Lauren is such a kind, generous, brilliant individual with an obvious talent for helping people achieve what they want most- in the easiest, friendliest, most professional way possible. Booking with Lauren Sawyer Event’s was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Lauren did an amazing job coordinating the wedding and making sure the event was planned to every last detail so there was no stress the day of. She ensured everything ran smoothly and we even got extra time to spend with our guest during time allotted for photos because she made the process run so smoothly.
