Our Coordination Package is designed for couples who want peace of mind knowing every detail is being managed by a professional. We'll step in before the wedding to organize logistics, coordinate vendors, and finalize your timeline, then oversee everything on the big day to ensure it runs smoothly from start to finish.

Wedding Coordination Package

Planning & Coordination

  • 2–3 planning meetings (virtual or in person)

  • Unlimited email support throughout the planning process

  • Regular check-ins to keep everything organized and on track

  • Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination and management

  • Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline and vendor "game plan"

Vendor Coordination

  • Review of vendor contracts and services

  • Communication with your vendor team leading up to the wedding

  • Confirmation of arrival times, logistics, insurance requirements, meal counts, and final details

  • Distribution of timelines and important information to all vendors

  • Main point of contact for vendors on the wedding day

  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities as needed

Venue & Event Setup

  • Venue walkthrough to review logistics and event flow

  • Oversight of ceremony and reception setup

  • Styling and placement of personal décor, signage, favors, guest books, seating cards, table numbers, and other wedding details

  • Coordination of ceremony processional logistics, including ushers and musicians

Wedding Day Support

  • Distribution of bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages

  • Coordination of the wedding party and family throughout the day

  • Assistance with photo organization and timing

  • Management of the marriage license for the officiant

  • Oversight of gifts, cards, and personal belongings

  • Coordination of end-of-night breakdown and delivery of personal items to a designated family member, vehicle, or hotel room

Investment

A 50% retainer is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due prior to the wedding day.
